Stuffed peppers in the oven






Recipe

Ingredients:

3 yellow peppers
10 oz(ounce) lean ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumb
2 oz cooked ham
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
one egg
basil
1/2 garlic clove

Procedure:
put in a bowl meat, egg, parmesan cheese, finely chopped ham and bread, previosly soaked in water and then wrung out.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well together with your hands, at this point , add the chopped basil(you can abound) finely chopped garlic. Mix well together
Take the peppers, cut in half 'and remove seeds and pith.
Arrange in a baking pan, fill the peppers with your filling, then sprinkle the surface with the breadcrumbs. Add a leaf of basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake at 220 degrees for about 60 minutes, considering the peppers cooking and browning on the surface.
